catty pants

I can really talk it up you know. Just ask my husband. We went to my dear friend's birthday party on Friday night so awfully late because everything in my day got a little backed up and things got a little crazy and we couldn't find parking downtown but... {breathe}... we made it there. And I greeted and said hello and talked and talked and talked. I needed to fill my word quota for the day. After a crazy busy day/weekend, a girl needs to talk. It's therapeutic. Essential. Thankfully my chitchat distracted me from consuming mass amounts of delicious food and making a little party piggy out of myself.
And let me tell you that leopard print pants are not extremely easy to put an outfit together with but I adore them and I will ignore the comment an old friend gave me ("nice hammer pants") at a wedding reception previous to the birthday bash.
But do I care?
No, I'll gladly accept it and love my feline bottoms.

Feline flavored pants are a hard thing to pull off but you seem to do it well. :) Thanks for stopping my blog and saying "hi". I am your newest follower.

Dudette, what’s wrong with hammer pants? Although they don’t look like them from what I can see, I guarantee you that nothing gets a reception going like a guest busting out Too Legit to Quit. Nothing.

Those pants are great! It takes confidence to pull off that print and you do it so well.

oh yea girl, ignore those comments and talk all you want. my mom used to tell me, "she has all brothers at home, she probably just needs to talk" I guess the same goes for husband and son only. have a girl! :)

Hahahahaha your "word quota for the day", love it. My husband needs to read this so he knows that its NORMAL for us women to talk nonstop, especially when we haven't gotten the chance to do so all day! We can't help it!

Those pants are fun! I don't know if I would be bold enough to wear them (kind of a wimp) but they look great.

Thanks for your sweet comments about my baby girl :)
