Why has about 85% of the United States Postal Office employees that I have come in contact with seem to be so rude, unhappy, negative, and unkind?No customer service at all.
The little lady at the Hauula Postal office may deceive you with her colorful flowers in her hair but she is one sassy, unhappy lady who just put me in the worst mood. (I know I choose to be bothered, but she started it. And I know by being in a bad mood, I'm only joining her in her misery) This isn't the first time she's been like this. She acts like by coming to the post office, I have just intruded her personal schedule.
Thank you unhappy postal worker for making my day just dandy. Oh, and after giving me my package, thanks for that lecture. I'm thinking...Are you kidding me? Are you really doing this?

And sorry if your friend or relative is a USPS employee. They must be in the 15% that are kind and happy with their lives.

so i called them today and said i was waiting for a package, gave them your name and old address and she was like, "nope, nothing." and i said, "really? it's been a while."
"nope. call back tomorrow."
"well, i really need it by tomorrow and it should be there by now. can you check again? please?"
a few seconds pass. enough time to pick some dirt out of your nails and roll your eyes.
"nope. no package."
so, i'm glad you got your package. sorry it was such a hulabaloo.
I totally agree, I'd rather pay more and go to the UPS store where they treat people like human beings...too bad we don't have a ups store around here right? I hate usps
THe lady here in Laie isn't such a blossoming spring flower either..
When i go in there i feel like i'm inconveniencing her. the way she huffs and puffs about doing anything makes me feel like I'm most UNwelcome! But then when i step back and think about things... Weight a package to get the shipping cost is probably in her job description somewhere.
I'm glad i'm not the only one that feels like this!
That is so true. I don't get it, it's not like their job is hard! Would it really kill you to put a smile on your face?!

I hate when workers make you feel like you're ruining their day. Luckily at Laie P.O. I always get the guys and they're pretty nice.
I agree with you Jana... the guys at Laie are pretty nice. What's with the women in Laie and Hauula?
I've had just about the same experience every time I go to the post office at the Laie shopping center... what is with that? They must just hate their job. I would if I worked at a post office...
