Nothing felt better than to be up in the mountains with fresh air and tall trees. We were constantly in the lake, the rivers, in some kind of water. I loved it all: the bonfires, our makeshift camp shower, stars and glow sticks at dark. All of Cameron's extended family was there. I really lucked out on the whole in-laws and extended family in-laws thing. They are such an awesome bunch and even after 8 days, we weren't even sick of each other. ;)As for our little family, Krew collected every plastic pellet he could find in the dirt -"ball!". Cameron and I enjoyed WARM lake water and smooth glass in the mornings that made for some awesome wake boarding sesh. Krew was always in dirt. It got to the point of why shower?? Cameron and I enjoyed relaxing by the lake, swimming, reading books in the hammock and simply enjoying everyone's company.
